This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.wishyourdestination.com, including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by WISH YOUR DESTINATION, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at OYO Hotel, 1, Bhardwaj Building, Shimla Nalagarh Ghanoli Road, Totu, Jutogh, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, 171011 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

A good relationship between the Travel Agent and a passenger is essential for a smooth and memorable holiday. Let’s make it beautiful by agreeing to the points mentioned below:

  • We are not responsible for time changes, cancellations, or any changes in the rules with the airlines.
  • Web check-in is the traveler’s responsibility. We will assist if informed 48 hours before travel.
  • Covid norms like RT-PCR or vaccines are the traveler’s responsibility, though we will guide you. We are not responsible for issues arising at the airport.
  • Once the package or flights are booked at a mutually agreed price, no negotiation is possible if another website or agent offers a lower price.
  • Prices may fluctuate. No concessions will be provided if you find cheaper rates after booking or during the tour.
  • In many countries, the pickup driver may not call the passenger; they will wait for the agreed time and leave.
  • We are not responsible for any missing complimentary services from airlines or hotels.
  • All hotel ratings are as provided by the relevant Supplier. Standards and ratings may vary between countries and Suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings.
  • Hotel check-in time is usually 2/3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM/12 PM.
  • Hotels in different countries may charge extra taxes upon check-in (e.g., Resort fees in the USA, Tourism Dirham in Dubai). Travelers must pay these fees directly to the hotel.
  • Please review all inclusions and exclusions before confirming any bookings.

Payment Terms:

  • Minimum booking confirmation charges: ₹15,000 per person for the land package.
  • Full payment is required for air tickets.
  • 100% payment is due 21 days before departure.
  • For non-refundable or time-limit bookings, 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • If booking within 21 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking. Amendments or cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
  • For bookings within 10–20 days of travel, 100% of the tour package or components cost is required at the time of booking. Amendments or cancellations are chargeable.
  • For the Maldives, most resorts are non-refundable, and 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment for airline tickets being issued or blocked on a time limit must be collected before issuance; otherwise, the price is subject to change.
  • Train, bus, and ferry tickets are economy class and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

In case of any refunds approved, it will take 7-14 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

Flights:

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of ticket purchased. Flight cancellations are per airline policy.
  • It is mandatory to contact us for refunds, as airlines will not refund tickets booked through our company.
  • Two main types of tickets:
  • Non-Refundable Tickets.
  • Partially Refundable Tickets (more expensive, but changes/cancellations are allowed with deductions as per the airline).

Land Packages (Hotels, Sightseeing & Transfers):

  • For date changes, a fee of ₹2,000 per person applies after confirmation.
  • From booking confirmation until 21 days before departure: 50% of the land package cost is charged for cancellations.
  • From 21 days to 7 days before departure: 75% of the land package cost is charged for cancellations.
  • Within 7 days of departure: the entire amount paid for the land package is non-refundable.
